Eight months removed from a major knee injury that ended his 2015 season, Joe Flacco is back looking like his former self.

Baltimore Ravens receiver Kamar Aiken caught passes from Flacco for the first time recently and said that any doubt he had over his quarterback's condition was erased after a few passes came his way.

"He looks like regular Joe to me," Aiken said, according to Garrett Downing of the Ravens' official site. "He came back in and looks the same - the exact same."

Aiken added: "He looks 100 percent to me."

Flacco's ironman streak of 122 consecutive starts was snapped when he suffered a torn ACL on Nov. 22.

With a lengthy recovery period expected, it was assumed that Flacco was in danger of missing at least some of training camp, which starts July 28.

However, the 31-year-old said he'll be participating in this season's camp in the same way as any other, with one exception.

"At some point, I'm going to have to be willing to speak up and say … 'Hey John (Harbaugh), I need a couple (reps off) here,'" Flacco said, according to Ryan Mink of the Ravens' official site.

"I don't really anticipate any problems, but I'm definitely not going to put myself at risk. If I'm feeling a little down one day, I'm not going to go out there full strength. I'm going to be smart about it but get my work done."
