Torres signed a new one-year permanent deal with Atletico Madrid after a free transfer from AC Milan.

The striker finished the season with 11 goals, four assists and 1.9 shots per game in 30 La Liga appearances (17 starts) reaching along the way his 100th goal mark for Atletico Madrid.
