Real Madrid's Mateo Kovacic: Appears twice for Croatia at Euro 2016

Kovacic made two appearances off the bench for Croatia at Euro 2016, taking one shot off target and two dribbles. He takes his international record to 29 caps and one goal. Croatia lost 1-0 in over time to Portugal and were knocked out of the tournament at the round of 16.

Analysis:

Kovacic is a young and very perspective talent, though, he only had a reserve role in a loaded Real Madrid squad last season. The 22-year-old midfielder didn't have much fantasy value off the bench recording merely two assists in 25 La Liga appearances (eight starts).
