Ex-NFL punter Weatherford kicked out of gym for excessive grunting

As far as former NFL punters go, Steve Weatherford is about as muscular as you'll ever see.

During his time in the NFL, most of which came with the New York Giants, Weatherford became known for posting photos of his workouts and buff body on social media.

Now in his post-football life after playing only one game last season, Weatherford is still taking physical fitness seriously. Perhaps too seriously.

Weatherford posted a video on Instagram last week in which he sarcastically apologizes to the staff at Planet Fitness for "being such a savage." In the post's caption, Weatherford explains he was kicked out of the gym for "excessive breathing/grunting."

Weatherford called for his followers to boycott Planet Fitness.
