Five-time defending Scudetto champ Juventus and Europa League runner-up Liverpool will have a close eye on this summer's Euro 2016, with both clubs sending 12 players to the quadrennial tournament.

While Liverpool's domestic campaign left a lot to be desired, the club sends a dozen players to France, with five of them featuring in Roy Hodgson's England squad. Nathaniel Clyne, James Milner, Jordan Henderson, Adam Lallana, and Daniel Sturridge will all pull on the Three Lions strip against Russia on June 11.

A June 16 tilt with Wales will see those five line up against teammates Joe Allen and Danny Ward, while attack duo Divock Origi and Christian Benteke join shot-stopper Simon Mignolet on Marc Wilmots' Belgium squad.

Emre Can (Germany) and Martin Skrtel (Slovakia) complete Liverpool's Euro participation.

Tottenham is second among Premier League sides with 11 players, narrowly topping north London rival Arsenal's 10. Manchester United will also send 10 players to France, including the tournament's youngest player, Marcus Rashford.

Top-flight newboy Middlesbrough is the only Premier League side not to boast a single Euro player.

Like the Reds, Juve will ship a dozen players for the continental competition.

Gianluigi Buffon, Giorgio Chiellini, Andrea Barzagli, Stefano Sturaro, Leonardo Bonucci, and Simone Zaza will all pull on the seminal Azzurri blue, while Paul Pogba and Patrice Evra both make Didier Deschamps' France squad.

Joining those eight players are Spain's Alvaro Morata, Croatia's Mario Mandzukic, German World Cup-winner Sami Khedira, and Swiss captain Stephan Lichtsteiner.
