Pabst Blue Ribbon calls out John Cena over controversial T-shirt

John Cena will be returning to "Raw" on Memorial Day for the first time since suffering a shoulder injury, and to celebrate, the WWE is selling new T-shirts with his motto "Hustle, Loyalty, Respect."

Pabst Blue Ribbon noticed some similarities between the shirt design and its logo, prompting the beer company to issue a warning to Cena and the WWE over Twitter.

WWE took the warning seriously and will no longer be selling the shirts.

"As a content creator, WWE respects trademarks and intellectual property, and therefore will not proceed selling the merchandise, despite it being an original design clearly within fair use," a WWE spokesperson said.
