Colts HC raves about Hilton's OTA performance

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton drew lavish praise from head coach Chuck Pagano, after starring in organized team activities.

Hilton is coming off a season where he recorded 69 receptions for 1,124 yards and five touchdowns, continuing his excellent form into the offseason - much to Pagano's delight.

"T.Y. is having as good an offseason as anybody, probably better than anybody right now," Pagano said via the Colts' official website.

"I've never seen this guy practice as fast as he's practicing right now and competing at the level he's competing at and leading the way that he's leading. He's done it day in and day out."

Hilton said the pain of missing the playoffs for the first time in his career motivated him to get better.

"It hurt because I had never been home after Week 17," Hilton said. "Watching the playoffs really hurt. So right now, I'm just doing what I can to get better and make sure that we are playing after Week 17."

Coming off three consecutive 1,000-yard plus seasons, Hilton looks to be the key pillar of the Colts' passing game once again.
