Wisconsin got a major piece back for next season Tuesday, as forward Nigel Hayes announced he's withdrawing from the 2016 NBA Draft.

The 6-foot-8, 235-pounder told Jim Polzin of the Wisconsin State Journal that he will return to Greg Gard's program for his senior season.

Hayes has been a big contributor to the Badgers throughout his collegiate career, averaging 15.7 points and 5.8 rebounds in the 2015-16 season. One area he will certainly have to improve during his senior campaign is shooting from deep. The Ohio native saw his accuracy from three drop 10 percent from his sophomore season, finishing at 29 percent on the season.

With Hayes returning, as well as NCAA tournament hero Bronson Koenig, Wisconsin will be one of the favorites in the Big Ten next season.
