Christian Fuchs: 'I could kiss Eden Hazard'

It's fair to say Christian Fuchs is a big fan of Eden Hazard following the Belgian international's goal for Chelsea to help Leicester City secure its first Premier League title.

Last season's PFA Player of the Year scored a fantastic goal in the closing stages of Monday's 2-2 draw with Tottenham to secure the title for the Foxes, as the team gathered at Jamie Vardy's to watch and celebrate winning England's biggest trophy.

So, one might not be too surprised to learn that Fuchs is willing to do more than just shake Hazard's hand to thank him for turning dreams into reality.

"I could kiss him," Fuchs told ESPNFC when asked how much he loves the Chelsea player. "I could kiss his feet.

"First of all, the goal was special. It was a perfect shot. It made us champions.

"Thank you, Eden Hazard, if you see this. Thank you."

Though he admitted to not having Hazard's phone number to thank him, Fuchs will have a chance to see him in person when Leicester travels to Stamford Bridge to play Chelsea on the last day of the season.
