Leicester City has unveiled the kit it'll be wearing when defending its Premier League crown in the 2016-17 season.

For the first time in club history, the shirt will display the iconic gold Premier League embellishment on the arms as an indicator of Leicester's improbable title win.

The blue threads boast a "bold and geometrical design" with flashes of gold to drive home the Foxes' champion status.

"Yet again it's a fantastic kit," skipper Wes Morgan said at the unveiling. "They've used great colours, the material is fantastic and it really breathes, which is what you need when you're out there on the pitch. I like the trim and the little subtle touches - it all adds to a fantastic shirt."

Leicester accompanied the kit launch with an "emotive video" featuring Christian Fuchs, Kasper Schmeichel, Danny Drinkwater, Riyad Mahrez, Shinji Okazaki, Jamie Vardy, N'Golo Kante, Andy King, and captain Morgan:
