Former Miami guard James Palmer is heading to Nebraska, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
A four-star recruit in 2014, Palmer played in 34 games and averaged 11.8 minutes, 3.5 points, and 1.2 rebounds last season with the Hurricanes.
The 6-foot-5, 202-pound guard will have two years of eligibility left after sitting out next year due to the NCAA transfer policy.
