Cal's Ivan Rabb returning for sophomore season

Cal may have lost Jaylen Brown to the NBA draft, but the Bears will bring another star back in 2016-17.
Freshman forward Ivan Rabb will return for his sophomore season, the school announced in a tweet.
Rabb averaged 12.5 points and more than eight boards per game last season, and was considered by many to be a top 10 pick in the draft.
The NBA's loss is the Golden Bears' gain. At 6-foot-11, Rabb has the kind of skills to create mismatches all over the floor. He proved to be a dynamic player for Cal last season, shooting 61 percent from the field and 50 percent from 3-point range.
With Rabb back in the fold, Bears fans will be hoping the program can build on the 23 wins it picked up last season.
