Mavericks' Mejri sustains hip injury in Game 4 loss

Dallas Mavericks center Salah Mejri did not return to Game 4 after sustaining a right hip injury, ESPN's Tim MacMahon reports.

Mejri came up lame early in the fourth and immediately limped to the locker room clutching his side.

Despite modest numbers, Mejri has been the Mavericks' most effective option at center. The 7-footer hit all his shots (a pair of both field goals and free throws), grabbed four rebounds, swiped two steals, and had two blocks in 18 minutes.
