Many were amazed by the recruiting efforts of Jim Harbaugh in 2016, but his work last year was nothing to sneeze at as well.

The Michigan head coach spent $136,000 on his brief recruiting run in 2015, according to records obtained by Steve Berkowitz of USA TODAY Sports. Harbaugh totaled the whopping amount in just a few short weeks, as he received the job shortly before signing day.

Much of the money came from Harbaugh using private aircraft time which he is entitled to based on his contract with the university, according to Berkowitz.

Considering the lengths Harbaugh went to in order to secure recruits this season - and the big celebrity signing day party he hosted - there's a good chance this year's figure will be even higher.
