Jameis Winston accuser's lawsuit against FSU moving from Orlando to Tallahassee

A federal judge has agreed to move the lawsuit filed against Florida State by former student Erica Kinsman from an Orlando federal court to one in Tallahassee, according to The Associated Press.

Kinsman alleges the university failed to respond to her allegations that she was sexually assaulted by then-Seminoles quarterback Jameis Winston.

Florida State has denied the allegations.

Kinsman argued that she could not get a fair trial in Tallahassee, and that she feared for her safety. Even so, an Orlando judge determined Monday that his court has no jurisdiction over Florida State University.

Florida State investigated the matter last year and cleared Winston of any wrongdoing. A Florida prosecutor chose not to press charges against Winston.
