Temple has added two coaches to its football staff.

Frisman Jackson has been hired as the Owls' wide receivers coach and Glenn Thomas as the quarterbacks coach.

Jackson, who played in the NFL from 2002 to 2007, previously served as wide receivers coach at North Carolina State, Northern Illinois, Akron and Western Illinois.

Thomas joins Temple after working with the Atlanta Falcons for seven seasons. Thomas started as an offensive assistant in 2008 and, in 2012, was promoted to quarterbacks coach.

"I'm very excited to add such talent and diversity to our coaching staff," said head coach Matt Rhule.

"Frisman and Glenn have worked at the highest level and can lead our student-athletes to greater heights. I'm also excited about what each man brings to the table as a recruiter."

Adam DiMichele, who served as wide receivers coach last season, has moved to director of player development.
