Report: Clancy Pendergast may be Utah's next defensive coordinator

It appears Utah might be zeroing in on its next defensive coordinator.

Clancy Pendergast - who's spent time with numerous college and NFL teams - appears to be the front-runner for the job, according to Scott Wolf of the Los Angeles Daily News.

Pendergast has an extensive resume, most recently as the defensive coordinator at USC in 2013. Prior to that he held the same position at Cal from 2010-12 and with numerous NFL teams from 1995-2009.
