Columbus police: Ohio State player reported missing

Greg Bartram-USA TODAY Sports

Ohio State senior walk-on Kosta Karageorge is reportedly missing.

Karageorge apparently didn't show up to practice Thursday morning and Columbus police have confirmed they are searching for him, reports Bill Rabinowitz of The Columbus Dispatch.

Karageorge's mother posted the following message on her Facebook account.

Our son Kostadinos Karageorge has been missing since around 2 am November 26. We have filed a missing persons report & have been searching all over the campus & Grandview area (where his phone was last tracked at 2:30 am near 3rd & Elmwood).

Karageorge is a former Buckeyes wrestler who joined the football team in August 2014. He’s played in one game this season, that being against Penn State.
