Kiffin has brought in a boatload of transfers to the Owls this offseason, taking perceived risks on several talented players who ran into off-field trouble at prominent Power 5 schools.

He made three high-profile acquisitions over the last week, picking up former "Last Chance U" Netflix series star John Franklin III from Auburn, Chris Robison from Oklahoma, and Jovon Durante from West Virginia.
The Owls, who have gone 3-9 in each of the last three years, open their 2017 season Sept. 1 versus Navy.
