Kurt Warner's son to walk on at Nebraska

Kade Warner, the son of Hall of Fame quarterback Kurt Warner, will walk on at Nebraska as a wide receiver.
Kade chose to walk on with the Cornhuskers after receiving only one scholarship offer, which came from San Diego in the FCS. His father was also lightly recruited: Kurt took his talents to Northern Iowa before embarking on a convoluted professional career that eventually led to NFL stardom.
Warner joins an incoming freshman class that features fellow wideout Keyshawn Johnson Jr., the son of ex-NFL star Keyshawn Johnson, and fullback Ben Miles, the son of former LSU coach Les Miles.
So, yeah, that kids-versus-adults idea could be worth exploring at spring practice.
