The Norman police department has released video of an interview conducted with Amelia Molitor weeks after she was punched by Oklahoma running back and NFL draft hopeful Joe Mixon.

The interview was conducted on Aug. 14, 2014, three weeks after the incident, according to News9.com. The full video can be seen here.

In the nearly hour-long video, Molitor told police that Mixon was part of a group of men that were making cat calls at her and suggesting she engage in intimate actions with Mixon.

"They were like making cat calls at me, commenting on how I looked," she said, according to Jake Trotter of ESPN. "They were talking about Joe, I suppose - I didn't know who he was - like, 'It's my boy's birthday, like, what are you going to do for him?' Suggesting I go home with him, making very specific suggestions about what I could do to pleasure him."

Molitor said a gay slur was directed at her friend, which incensed her.

"I got really mad, so I faced Joe and was like, 'Don't f--- with me. Do not mess with my friend. Just stop go away. And he was like, 'Oh, you're a bad b----, what are you going to do about it?"

Molitor and her friends ducked into Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe to avoid the conversations but Mixon and his friends followed. The two then exchanged words before Molitor slapped Mixon. The football player responded by punching her in the face.

Molitor's face hit a table before she fell on the ground. She was left with several broken bones in her face.

"It was like I got hit by a train," she said.

Mixon has previously stated that one of Molitor's friends directed a racial slur at him. He has also since apologized for the assault.

He was charged with a misdemeanor and suspended from Oklahoma's football team for a year. He has played the last two years, however, and led the team in rushing in 2016.

Mixon has declared for the NFL draft.
