Wisconsin's leading tackler Cichy done for season with torn pectoral

The levee may have broken in Wisconsin's defense, and someone will need to step up in a big way in order to repair it.

The team announced Monday that inside linebacker Jack Cichy will miss the rest of the season after suffering a torn pectoral in Saturday's game against Iowa. Cichy sits first on the Badgers with 60 tackles so far this year.

Cichy responded to the well wishes with a tweet of his own.

Cichy's campaign was highlighted by a 15-tackle performance in Wisconsin's overtime loss to Ohio State two weeks ago, in which he also registered a forced fumble.
