Ohio State's J.T. Barrett: Held in check in first loss

Barrett finished Sunday's loss against Penn State 28-for-43 passing for 245 yards and a touchdown. He added 26 yards rushing on 17 carries.

Analysis:

Barrett and the entire Ohio State offense struggled in a bad weather game at Happy Valley on Saturday, scoring just two touchdowns on the day. The Buckeyes return home after two tough road affairs to face a Northwestern club riding a three-game winning streak. However, Barrett should have plenty of openings against a leaky Wildcats defense that surrenders 282.4 yards per game through the air.
