Texas A&M's Christian Kirk: Paces wideouts in loss

Kirk hauled in nine passes for 58 yards and a touchdown Saturday at Alabama.

Analysis:

Kirk caught nine of the 14 completions from quarterback Trevor Knight, as he was the only receiver able to consistently get free from the Alabama defense. He has now scored in back-to-back games, and has registered 28 receptions over the last three tilts. He should be in line for another big day against lowly New Mexico State next weekend.
