Iowa's George Kittle: Questionable versus Wisconsin

Kittle (leg) is considered questionable for Saturday's contest against Wisconsin, but coach Kirk Ferentz indicated that he "did very little" during Tuesday's practice, the Quad-City Times reports.

Analysis:

Kittle exited last Saturday's game against Purdue with the injury and hasn't progressed quickly through practice thus far. Ferentz suggested that the next couple days will be important for him, but that he's not counting on him being effective Saturday. "I don't want to be Doctor Doom here. We'll see what he can do and how much progress he make(s) in the next couple of days," Ferentz said. "It's probably a long shot, but if he can play and play effectively, we'll play him."
