-Christian McCaffrey, Stanford, had 260 all-purpose yards and scored two TDs, helping the No. 7 Cardinal beat Southern California 27-10.
-Mitch Trubisky, North Carolina, threw for a career-high 432 yards and three TDs to help the Tar Heels beat James Madison 56-28.
-Mason Rudolph, Oklahoma State, threw for a school-record 540 yards and two TDs in the Cowboys' 45-38 victory over Pittsburgh.

-I'Tavius Mathers, Middle Tennessee, scored four TDs and became the first player in school history to eclipse 100 yards rushing (157) and receiving (103) in a 41-21 win over Bowling Green.
-Brad Kaaya, Miami, threw for 368 yards and three TDs, helping the No. 25 Hurricanes roll to a 45-10 win Saturday over Appalachian State.

BIG-WIN BISON
With the biggest win in school history less than 3 yards away, North Dakota State went for two and failed.
The Bison earned the ball back though - and they finished off the program's signature victory by running the ball right at Iowa.
Cam Pedersen kicked a 37-yard field as time expired and North Dakota State, of the FCS, rallied to beat No. 13 Iowa 23-21 on Saturday for its sixth straight win over an FBS opponent.
The loss was just the fourth by a ranked FBS team to an FCS school. North Dakota State isn't just another Football Championship Subdivision team, though. The Bison have won the last five FCS national titles.

12-Minutes the third and fourth quarters were shortened to with No. 5 Clemson blowing out South Carolina State. The Tigers won 59-0.
18-Straight passes completed by North Carolina's Mitch Trubisky, breaking a school record that stood since 1967.

39-Straight road losses by Kansas after losing 43-7 to Memphis.
50-Yards allowed by Florida's defense in 32-0 win over North Texas, breaking the school record of 59 against Western Carolina in 2006.

TWO TDS, NO TIME
How's this for quick scoring? Two touchdowns with no time off the clock.
That's what happened in the first quarter for No. 5 Clemson against South Carolina State.
After Wayne Gallman ran 3 yards for a score, the ensuing kickoff went to Ahmaad Harris in the end zone. The receiver flipped the ball to the official before taking a knee. That's a fumble! Clemson's Denzel Johnson pounced on the ball for the touchdown.
A week ago against Troy, Clemson was guilty of a special teams gaffe. Ray-Ray McCloud's 75-yard punt return ended when the receiver let go of the ball at the 1 before reaching the end zone.
