Auburn's Kyle Davis: Practices Tuesday

Davis (foot) returned to practice Tuesday, Brandon Marcello of AL.com reports.

Analysis:

Davis had a procedure performed on his foot in July and has been unable to practice up to this point. However, the highly-touted receiver saw his first action on Tuesday and should continue to see his reps increase throughout the rest of the week. While Davis has yet to establish himself as a rotational player, he was originally believed to be an instant impact freshman and could work his way on to the field early once he's brought up to speed. However, with the regular season opener set for Sept. 3, it's unclear if Davis will have enough time to establish himself as a contributor right off the bat.
