Mississippi State's Fred Ross: Named to All-SEC Preseason Team

Ross has been named to the Preseason All-SEC First Team by ESPN.

Analysis:

Ross snagged 88 balls for 1,007 yards in 2015, but it remains to be seen how he will adjust to new quarterback Nick Fitzgerald. Still, Ross has caught five touchdowns in each of the last two seasons for the Bulldogs, and is by far the top receiving option as a senior. He had offseason groin surgery but is expected to be fully healthy by the season opener.
