Ex-Alabama linebacker Christian Bell announces transfer to Wisconsin

Christian Bell only needed four days to decide that he wanted to transfer to Wisconsin.
The former Alabama linebacker announced earlier in the week that he intended to transfer out of the Crimson Tide program, and he announced his destination Thursday via Twitter.

Bell grayshirted in 2015, which had him attending classes during the fall, but not receiving athletic scholarship until the spring. He will be required to sit out the 2016 season as per NCAA transfer regulations.
Bell is a former four-star recruit out of Birmingham, Ala., who was ranked 225th on the ESPN 300 for the 2015 class.
