Justin Timberlake, Larry the Cable Guy call for Memphis, UCF to join Big 12
In what has become a fight to gain candidacy for a Big 12 expansion bid, Memphis and UCF both received a popular backing from a North American celebrity

Justin Timberlake, that's right, "JT" himself wants to see the Tigers in the Power 5. The nine-time Grammy Award winner was born in Memphis and Timberlake was clearly not shy about giving a shoutout to his hometown university.
Timberlake was not the only celebrity pulling for a respective school to join the Big 12, as Larry the Cable Guy backed UCF on Wednesday.
