Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh is getting a talented football player in Dylan McCaffrey, as evidence by the 6-foot-5 pivot taking home top honors at Harbaugh's Aerial Assault quarterback camp.

The event consisted of numerous drills, including the standards for quarterbacks, as well as unorthodox challenges like soccer games, races, and fielding baseballs.

“If you want to be a special quarterback you got to want to win. But also I came in with a huge mindset of being able to learn because this is a great opportunity, so many NFL guys, so many NFL coaches here that know what they’re doing," McCaffrey told Tom VanHaaren of ESPN.

The camp was modeled after a belief Bill Walsh had about quarterbacks and how athletic they are.

"When you look at the quarterback position, you’re looking at the guy who wants and gets the best grades, who wins the most awards and excels at sports,” Harbaugh said.

McCaffrey is part of the Wolverines 2017 class and is brother to Stanford Heisman Trophy finalist Christian McCaffrey.
