Michigan backup quarterback Alex Malzone faced two separate charges in Ann Arbor's 15th District Court on Tuesday, according to Nick Baumgardner of Mlive.

The redshirt freshman was cited on one count of altering a driver's license and one charge of disorderly conduct. The latter required him to pay a fine of $175.

Malzone is a former four-star recruit out of Brother Rice High School in Bloomfield who did not play for the Wolverines last season, sitting fourth on the Michigan depth chart behind John O'Korn, Wilton Speight, and Shane Morris.
