A rivalry renewed.

After not playing since 2013, Miami and Florida are set to square off to open the 2019 campaign.

"We are pleased to have partnered with Florida Citrus Sports and ESPN Events to kick off the 2019 season against Miami,'' Florida athletic director Jeremy Foley said. "Orlando is a great Gator city and we look forward to playing in front of our fans from all over the state of Florida and beyond."

The game will take place in Orlando at the Citrus Bowl, which is slated to be renamed Camping World Stadium later this week.

"I am thrilled that a Florida and Miami matchup is on the schedule,'' said Marcus Lemonis, chairman and CEO of Camping World. "This is the type of high-quality matchup that will drive fans to Camping World Stadium. This matchup will be thrown down at the 50-yard line."

Miami claimed the last game between the two sides, and the Hurricanes own a 29-26 advantage in the all-time series. The latest installment in the rivalry will be the seventh one held at a neutral venue.
