Zack Greenlee to transfer to UTEP next season

Cary Edmondson-USA TODAY Sports

Former Fresno State quarterback Zack Greenlee announced Saturday that he'll be playing at the University of Texas at El Paso next season.

He made the announcement on his Twitter account.

Greenlee decided to leave Fresno State back in January when the team changed offensive coordinators.

The Stockton, Calif., native has two more years of eligibility, and won't have to sit out a year because he is a graduate transfer.

The 6-foot-1 quarterback played in seven games, throwing for 866 yards, 13 touchdowns, and six interceptions.
