2 Oregon Ducks (-23) at Virginia Cavaliers
Oregon didn't lose a step in their first game post-Chip Kelly, putting up 66 points on Nicholls State. The team had eight touchdown drives that lasted less than two minutes and compiled a school-record 772 yards in the game.
The Ducks are 8-1 ATS in their last nine games overall.
3 Ohio State Buckeyes (-28) vs. San Diego State Aztecs
Ohio State had a little more trouble with Buffalo than they would have liked in Week 1, but San Diego State couldn't even hold off FCS school Eastern Illinois, so good luck to them.
The Buckeyes are 11-5 ATS in their last 16 games in the month of September.
4 Clemson Tigers (-52.5) vs. South Carolina State Bulldogs
Clemson looked great in their Week 1 upset of Georgia, but they do have some kinks to work out on defense after allowing the Bulldogs to rack up 545 yards of offense.
South Carolina State played two FBS schools in 2012 and lost by a combined score of 126-14.
5 Stanford Cardinal (-25.5) vs. San Jose State Spartans
Stanford has the longest active winning streak in the Pac-12 at nine games. San Jose State's defense is better than you might think - they've held three of their last four opponents under 100 yards rushing.
The Spartans are 13-3 ATS in their last 16 road games.
6 South Carolina Gamecocks at 11 Georgia Bulldogs (-3)
Georgia certainly needs this game more, but South Carolina has won three consecutive meetings in the series, and senior quarterback Aaron Murray is just 1-9 against top 15 teams.
The Gamecocks are 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings in Georgia.
7 Texas A&M Aggies (-38) vs. Sam Houston State Bearkats
Johnny Manziel threw for three touchdowns in just a half of football in Week 1. Sam Houston State averaged 40.0 points per game in 2012, and opened this season with a 74-0 win over Houston Baptist University.
The Aggies are 61-5 against non-conference opponents at College Station since 1985.
8 Louisville Cardinals (-41) vs. Eastern Kentucky Colonels
Eastern Kentucky's last win over an FBS school came against, you guessed it, Louisville, but that was way back in 1985. Teddy Bridgewater threw for 355 yards and five touchdowns in Week 1.
11 new starters debuted for Eastern Kentucky in Week 1.
9 LSU Tigers (-34)vs. UAB Blazers
In Cam Cameron's first game as offensive coordinator, LSU quarterback Zach Mettenberger threw for 251 yards and a touchdown against TCU in Week 1. UAB wide receiver Jamarcus Nelson caught 10 passes for 199 yards and two touchdowns, and added a 97-yard kickoff return touchdown in Week 1.
The Tigers are 2-6 ATS in their last eight games following a win.
12 Florida Gators (-3) at Miami Hurricanes
Florida's defense will get a big boost in the form of linebacker Antonio Morrison and cornerback Loucheiz Purifoy, both of whom return from one-game suspensions. This could be the last meeting between these rivals for quite a while.
The Gators are 9-1-1 ATS in their last 11 games played in the month of September.
13 Oklahoma State Cowboys (-26) at Texas-San Antonio Roadrunners
Oklahoma State quarterback J.W. Walsh grabbed a stranglehold of the starting gig in Week 1, completing 18-of-27 passes for 135 yards and running for 125 yards and a score.
The Cowboys are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 non-conference games.
14 Notre Dame Fighting Irish (+4) at 17 Michigan Wolverines
Notre Dame hasn't won in the Big House since 2005. A win for Michigan would be their 400th at Michigan Stadium, where they have won 15 consecutive games.
The home team is 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings between these teams.
15 Texas Longhorns (-7) at BYU Cougars
Texas compiled a school record 715 yards of offense in Week 1. BYU quarterback Taysom Hill completed just 13-of-40 passes for 175 yards and an interception in the Cougars' opener.
The Longhorns have won 13 consecutive non-conference games.
16 Oklahoma Sooners (-21) vs. West Virginia Mountaineers
Oklahoma beat West Virginia 50-49 last season, but both teams debuted new quarterbacks in Week 1. Oklahoma's Trevor Knight completed only 11-of-28 passes in the team's opener, but three of those completions went for touchdowns, and he added 103 yards rushing.
The Sooners are 55-1 when rushing for more than 200 yards under Bob Stoops.
19 Northwestern Wildcats (-16.5) vs. Syracuse Orange
Northwestern racked up 508 yards of offense against California in Week 1, 479 of which came after quarterback Kain Colter went down.
The Wildcats are 8-0 ATS in their last eight home games.
21 Wisconsin Badgers (-45) vs. Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles
In Wisconsin's 45-0 Week 1 win over Massachusetts, their first game under new head coach Gary Andersen, the team ran for 393 yards and allowed only 3.6 yards per play on defense.
In nine games against FBS teams over the last six seasons, Tennessee Tech has been outscored 417-58.
22 Nebraska Cornhuskers (-28) vs. Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles
Nebraska allowed Wyoming to compile 602 yards of offense in Week 1, barely avoiding an upset in a 37-34 win. Southern Mississippi holds the longest losing streak in the nation at 13 games.
The Golden Eagles are 0-4 ATS in their last four games against Big Ten opponents.
23 Baylor Bears (-27) vs. Buffalo Bulls

24 TCU Horned Frogs (-42.5) vs. Southeastern Louisiana Lions
TCU senior quarterback Casey Pachall completed just 9-of-16 passes for 75 yards against LSU before he was pulled in favor of sophomore Trevone Boykin. Pachall will start at quarterback in this one, and Boykin is expected to see time at wide receiver.
The Horned Frogs are 24-8 in regular season games following a loss under Gary Patterson.
