Drexel fires head coach Bruiser Flint
Drexel has fired head coach Bruiser Flint following a disappointing 6-25 season, a source told Jeff Goodman of ESPN.
The Dragons' season came to an end when they lost to Hofstra on Saturday during the CAA tournament. While the school has yet to make an official announcement, Flint confirmed the move in a statement on Twitter.

Flint has had just one winning season at Drexel since 2011-12 and the Dragons never made the NCAA tournament under his tenure.
Still, Flint guided Drexel to the NIT on five different occasions and earned CAA coach of the year honors four times. Prior to joining Drexel, Flint was the head coach at UMass for five seasons after spending time as an assistant under John Calipari.
