Kentucky G Ulis' elbow injury not serious, may play Monday

Kentucky guard Tyler Ulis seems to be in the clear after a nasty-looking elbow injury suffered Friday against South Florida.

Despite initial fears to the contrary, coach John Calipari said the sophomore is day to day, and may even suit up Monday against Illinois State.

Ulis, who hyper-extended the elbow in the first half against the Bulls diving for a loose ball, is having a solid season, averaging 13.2 points and a team-high 4.3 assists.
