4-star recruit Tony Carr commits to Penn State

Four-star point guard Tony Carr has committed to Penn State, he announced on Monday, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
The 6-foot-3, 170-pound Carr is ranked by ESPN as the country's No. 52 recruit in the class of 2016.
The Philadelphia native is also the top overall prospect in his home state.
Carr made the announcement during a press conference held at his Philadelphia-area high school. He chose the Nittany Lions over fellow finalists Temple, Providence, Maryland, and SMU, according to Rick O'Brien of The Philadelphia Inquirer.
