Play nice, Wade.

After Vanderbilt defeated Tennessee 73-65 on Thursday, Commodores freshman guard Wade Baldwin IV was seen clapping rudely in an opponent's face.

Coach Kevin Stallings was visibly upset after the game, and snapped at Baldwin. You can hear Stallings in the video below saying, "I'm going to f**king kill you!"

Stallings spoke about Baldwin's behavior in the postgame press conference.

Stallings also released a statement about his comments to Baldwin following the game, and told ESPN "he did not mean his words literally."

After the game, an incident occurred in which I need to apologize for. One of our players acted inappropriately and violated what we believe is good sportsmanship following the game.

In my haste to resolve the situation, I made a very inappropriate comment. While obviously it would not meant literally, it was still inappropriate. I apologized to the player immediately following the game. Displaying good sportsmanship is of the highest priority in our program, win or lose. I am very remorseful of my actions tonight.

ESPN's Jeff Goodman reports that "Stallings has had issues with Baldwin trash-talking to opponents this season," and the coach clearly reached his breaking point Thursday night.

Baldwin took to Twitter after the game to express support for his coach:
