Kentucky's Isaac Humphries: Leaving Kentucky, going pro

Humphries will leave Kentucky to pursue professional basketball, Matt Jones of KentuckySportsradio.com reports.

Analysis:

Humphries never averaged more than 10 minutes per contest during his first two years as a Wildcat, and the seven-footer tallied just 2.8 PPG and 2.8 RPG during his sophomore year, so his decision to leave school is a bit of a surprise. The Australia native did end his career on a high note, however, collecting 12 points and five boards in Kentucky's Elite Eight matchup against eventual-champions North Carolina. Not seeing much love in early mock drafts, Humphries could very well end up continuing his basketball career overseas, though he'll likely at least get a shot somewhere first in the NBA.
