A fifth Kentucky player has declared for the 2017 NBA Draft, as forward Isaac Humphries announced his intentions, the school confirmed Wednesday.

The sophomore forward will sign with an agent, thus foregoing his final two years of college eligibility.

"This decision didn’t come easily for me. My goal has always been to play professionally," Humphries said in a statement. "There is no better place to prepare you to take that step than the University of Kentucky. Over the last two years, thanks to Coach Cal and the coaching staff, I’ve gotten so much better and improved my game. I believe I have a lot more I can do, but I also believe that the time for me to take the next step is now."

Humphries joins guards Isaiah Briscoe, De'Aaron Fox, and Malik Monk as players to sign with an agent, while forward Bam Adebayo declared while keeping his college eligibility intact.

The 7-footer from Australia averaged 2.8 points and 2.8 rebounds off the bench during his second season in Lexington.

Kentucky set a record in 2015 when seven players declared for the NBA draft.
