Arizona's Lauri Markkanen: Gets double-double in win

Markkanen led the Wildcats with 16 points (3-6 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 9-10 FT) and 11 rebounds during the win over Saint Mary's on Saturday in the NCAA Tournament.

Analysis:

Markkanen's February swoon is in the rear-view mirror. He had his sixth double-double and helped get Gael bigs Evan Fitzner and Dane Pineau in foul trouble. The 7-0 freshman has averaged 19.2 points over his last five games. He will need to continue to play big on Thursday against Xavier in the Sweet 16.
