Michigan State's Eron Harris: Slated for season-ending surgery

Harris will undergo season-ending surgery on his right knee.

Analysis:

Harris needed to be stretchered off the court from Saturday's matchup after falling awkwardly on his right leg, and the senior ended up only seeing 12 minutes of action in that contest. His absence will hurt the Spartans most in terms of perimeter shooting, as the 6-3 guard was leading the team in three-pointers made (43), converting them at a rate of 38.7 percent. With Harris on the shelf, Michigan State will have to rely mostly on Alvin Ellis, Cassius Winston and Matt McQuaid to pick up extra minutes.
