Malik Monk showed all sides of his NBA-level game vs. Auburn

Malik Monk came to Kentucky as one of the highest-ranked recruits in the country, and his freshman season has been as exciting as any in recent memory.

The 6-foot-3 guard, who already has a 47-point game on the season, was at his best again on Saturday in Kentucky's 92-72 win over Auburn, showing off all facets of his well-rounded game.

The High-Flyer

Monk has shown countless times that he's one of college basketball's most entertaining dunkers, and that was on full display against Auburn. After beating his man baseline, Monk soared in for a massive one-handed crush that had the crowd in Rupp Arena on their feet.

The Dime-Dropper

While most associate Monk as a scorer, he showed against Auburn that he can be an elite passer as well. The Arkansas native finished with six assists on the game, none sweeter than this feed to Dominique Hawkins on a second-half transition basket.

The Rainmaker

Monk is connecting on 41 percent of his 3-pointers this season, and was on fire yet again against Auburn. The freshman phenom made four of his eight attempts, including this massive triple to slow a Tigers run in the second half.

The Stress-giver

Monk's versatile game is virtually unguardable, which can cause any coach reason for concern. The Tigers' Bruce Pearl is no exception, and the veteran frontman's sweat-stained dress shirt showed how maddening it can be to build a defensive scheme for the Kentucky star.
