Texas' Tevin Mack: To return for second game of season

Head coach Shaka Smart said Mack (suspension) won't play in Friday's opener, but will have his suspension lifted afterwards, Mike Finger of the San Antonio Express-News reports.

Analysis:

Both Mack and fellow teammate Kerwin Roach Jr. will be able to return to action on November 14 against Louisiana-Monroe. Both players were suspended for a violation of team rules in the offseason. Mack averaged 5.1 points and 2.0 rebounds in 13 minutes per game as a freshman in 2015-16.
