Report: Florida A&M grad transfer Malcolm Bernard heading to Xavier

Former Florida A&M forward Malcolm Bernard has finally decided on Xavier, according to Jeff Borzello of ESPN.

The 6-foot-5, 195-pound forward originally committed to transfer to Richmond in April before decommitting back in June. Bernard is eligible to play immediately since he is a grad transfer.

Bernard had a productive season with the Rattlers, averaging 14.4 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per game.

This is a nice offensive addition to Chris Mack's squad, especially after losing Makinde London and Jalen Reynolds.
