Coach K wants Amile Jefferson to be Duke's Draymond Green

Mike Krzyzewski isn't asking Amile Jefferson to be "Like Mike," but he does have a tall request for the returning fifth-year forward.

With Duke expected to boast one of the nation's most talented rosters next season, Coach K said Sunday to CBS Sports' Jon Rothstein that he wants Jefferson to take on a similar role to that of Golden State Warriors star forward Draymond Green.

If that's the case, Jefferson might want to start working on his 3-point shot, because unlike Green - a quality shooter - Jefferson hasn't attempted a 3-ball in four years at Duke.

Green is one of the most versatile players in the NBA, thanks to his ability to score, rebound, pass, defend, and do just about everything else in between.

Jefferson averaged 11.4 points and 10.3 rebounds per game last year, and was also a strong defender, with a knack for coming up with big plays on both ends of the floor. A broken foot cost him most of the season, and Duke often looked lost on the court with him in a walking boot.

It's unclear if Coach K also wants Jefferson to emulate Green's alleged illegal screens and non-stop trash talk.
