UCLA Marriage Proposal Fail

During a UCLA home basketball game against Richmond on December 23rd, the jumbotron had the "Kiss Cam" on, and it focused on a guy proposing to his girlfriend. Then, things got really awkward, as the girl rejected the guy's marriage proposal, and ran away. Ouch.

That's as cringeworthy as it gets. Surely, you're wondering if this marriage proposal was staged, but a UCLA spokesman told the Los Angeles Times' Baxter Holmes that it was not. 

If that was indeed for real... poor guy.
