Turner was diagnosed with a left eye abrasion and will be reevaluated Monday.

Analysis:

Turner is dealing with some swelling in the eye after suffering the injury late in Sunday's 107-100 win over the Lakers, during which he tallied his eighth double-digit scoring outing in nine games. The swingman was likely to see his role decrease down the stretch with Avery Bradley (personal) and Jae Crowder (ankle) expected to be available for the team's next game Wednesday against the Pelicans, but Turner's injury may make that a moot point. The Celtics should have a better idea about Turner's availability for that game following Monday's evaluation.
