Rose left Thursday's game against the Rockets after aggrevating an elbow injury and he won't return, K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune reports.

Analysis:

Rose hyperextended his elbow during Tuesday's game against the Pelicans and said that he wasn't sure he would be able to make it all the way through Thursday's tilt. He appeared to be favoring his right arm once again and after exiting in the first half it was announced that he would not return. It has yet to be determined if he will undergo an MRI or any other further examination. The Bulls' next game is on Saturday against the Pistons, and Rose should at this time be considered questionable to play.
